Tour preparation & what to bring

  • Please arrive prepared, as we do not have restroom facilities on-site. We recommend using a restroom before you head to our location.
  • Be sure to dress warmly for your tour so you are fully equipped for winter conditions. This includes gloves, boots, a winter jacket, and insulated pants.
  • All riders must bring their own balaclava to wear under the helmet. Be sure it is thin enough to fit beneath the helmet. If you don’t have one, we do offer balaclavas for purchase at check-in for $8 each.
  • A small selection of gloves will also be available for purchase on-site, if needed.
  • For check-in, only one person from each group may enter the office. Please make sure all waivers are completed online before you arrive to help speed up the process.
  • Please note that any snowmobile that is damaged during a tour will require a security damage deposit from the rider. There are no exceptions to this policy. Once the machine has been fully assessed and repaired, any remaining balance from the deposit will be promptly refunded. Please note that repairs may take approximately 3-5 weeks, depending on the season and the extent of the damage.
